HubSpot alternatives for Amazon wholesale sellers

Most HubSpot alternatives are cheaper general CRMs with the same blind spot: no supplier catalog, no ASIN link, no purchase order. Here is how six compare.

An Amazon wholesale seller leaving HubSpot should choose between a cheaper general CRM — Pipedrive, Zoho, Attio, Close or Folk — and a CRM that understands ASINs, such as Forge Command.

A review of ten general-purpose CRMs against their own pricing and feature pages on August 3, 2026 found the same shape in nine of them: no vendor record, no purchase order, no supplier terms, and nowhere to put a price list. Zoho CRM is the single exception, and only from its Professional edition upward. Not one of the ten integrates Amazon SP-API. The question that sorts the list is whether your bottleneck is the conversation or the catalog.

Two kinds of HubSpot alternative

HubSpot alternatives split into cheaper general CRMs and CRMs built on a different object model, and only the second kind changes the questions you can ask. Pipedrive, Close, Folk, Attio and Zoho are all credible sales CRMs, and every one of them models the sell side: a deal is revenue you hope to win. An Amazon wholesale seller's pipeline runs the other way. The counterparty is a supplier you are asking to sell to you, the artifacts are applications, resale certificates and trade references, and the thing being evaluated is a catalog, not a contract value. Rebuilding supplier pipeline stages for Amazon wholesale inside a deal object is the easy half of the job and any of these tools can do it. The hard half is that a deal record cannot tell you whether a SKU is worth buying, and a cheaper seat does not change that.

The five records a general CRM cannot hold

Five records decide whether a CRM can run Amazon wholesale, and general CRMs are missing four of them outright. The gap is structural rather than a configuration problem: record caps on the entry tiers actively prevent holding a supplier catalog, and no marketplace data feed exists to populate one. Copper caps contacts at 2,500 on Basic and 15,000 on Professional (Copper pricing page, checked August 3, 2026) — a single distributor price list can exceed both.

Pipedrive, Zoho, Attio, Close and Folk for supplier work

Of the five most-recommended HubSpot alternatives, only Zoho CRM ships buy-side objects, and none connects to Amazon. Two of the five could not be priced from a primary source on August 3, 2026: Pipedrive's pricing page returns HTTP 403 to automated requests while third parties publish conflicting figures, and Zoho's page geo-serves currency and would not render USD. This page quotes no figure for either rather than repeating one it cannot stand behind.

Where HubSpot and the general CRMs genuinely win

HubSpot beats every purpose-built seller CRM on ecosystem, evaluation cost and procurement, and those are real advantages. HubSpot's free tier is not a trap — 2 users and 1,000 contacts at $0 per month with no credit card, per HubSpot's pricing page checked August 3, 2026 — and HubSpot has the largest integration and documentation surface of any SMB CRM, so almost every other tool you buy will have a connector for it. Close has the best native calling in this set. Attio has a genuine relational custom-object model plus a REST API and a React app SDK. Folk ships an MCP endpoint that lets ChatGPT and Claude query the CRM directly, which is ahead of most of the category. Forge Command, by contrast, is a small product with no SOC 2, no formal SLA and no 24/7 support desk. On vendor risk, HubSpot wins outright.

Forge Command and the ASIN-aware option

Forge Command is a CRM and operations hub built specifically for Amazon wholesale FBA sellers, which means the five missing records are the product rather than an add-on. A supplier catalog import matches lines to ASINs on UPC, EAN, ISBN, GTIN, MPN or model number, brand and title, or a direct Amazon URL. SP-API enrichment runs in batches of 20 identifiers per request using each tenant's own credentials, which is why bring-your-own API keys matter in seller software. Sellability is derived from raw SP-API restriction fields into four states — Approved to Sell, Applied to Sell, Restricted, Not Checked — rather than stored, so it cannot drift. One shared margin function feeds the Wholesale tab, the Products tab and wholesale purchase orders for FBA, so those three views cannot disagree. Forge Command's pricing is not publicly listed. Sellers whose follow-up is slipping should buy a general CRM cheaply; sellers who cannot tell which of 30,000 catalog lines is worth buying need the object model instead, which is what a general CRM misses for Amazon wholesale.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free HubSpot alternative for Amazon sellers

HubSpot's own free tier is the strongest free option in the general-CRM group: 2 users and 1,000 contacts at $0 per month, no credit card, checked August 3, 2026. Attio offers a free tier up to 3 seats. Neither holds a supplier catalog or Amazon data.

Does any general CRM connect to Amazon SP-API

No. A review of ten general CRMs on August 3, 2026 found no native Amazon SP-API or Seller Central integration in any of them, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, Close and Folk. Every one of them would need a custom build against its public REST API.

Can I build an Amazon wholesale CRM on Attio custom objects

Attio is the most credible do-it-yourself substrate in the set, with real custom objects, relationships, a REST API and a React app SDK. Building supplier catalog matching, fee math and restriction checks on top of it is a software project, not a configuration task.

Does Forge Command replace HubSpot

Forge Command covers contacts, organizations, a supplier pipeline, multi-account Gmail sequences with an approval queue, calls and tasks, so it overlaps HubSpot heavily for wholesale outreach. Forge Command does not attempt HubSpot's marketing, service and content hubs, and it mirrors contacts one way into HubSpot for sellers who keep both.
